Nasza automatyczna jednostka szlifierska składa się z jednostki z dwoma silnikami szlifierskimi (0,75 kW), dwoma serwomotorami, dwoma pneumatycznymi cylindrami obrotowymi i dwoma wzmocnionymi kamieniami szlifierskimi o średnicy 150 mm i grubości ścianki 15 mm. 3. Polerowanie
Podczas cięcia pianek PU z niewielkim naciskiem i wysokimi wymaganiami dotyczącymi jakości ciętej powierzchni (np. w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym).
Kamienie szlifierskie są czyszczone w pełni automatycznie za pomocą dwóch pneumatycznie sterowanych cylindrów i diamentów szlifierskich. Zapewnia to stały kąt ostrzenia noża taśmowego przez cały czas.

Can your cutting results keep up with the increasing demands for accuracy and precision? The most important prerequisite for this is a perfectly ground cutting tool. However, manual grinding is time-consuming and requires special expertise. Errors quickly lead to unsatisfactory results, can damage the bandknife and in the worst case even cause production downtime.
But don’t worry: With our automatic grinding unit, you optimize your processes and ensure precise cutting results at all times.
Smarter grinding: Machine modernization with Bäumer
Our automatic grinding unit consists of a unit with two grinding motors (0.75 kW), two servomotors, two pneumatic rotation cylinders and two reinforced cup grinding stones with a diameter of 150 mm and a wall thickness of 15 mm. The intelligent control system is housed in a separate switch cabinet. It monitors itself and grinds the band knife in optimum cycles.
Operate the grinding machine easily using the touch panel and choose between three preset modes:
1. Heavy grinding
After changing knives or when cutting rubber or cork and rubber rebonds.
2. Normal grinding
When cutting harder materials such as PU rebond foams with high densities and PE materials.
3. Polishing
When cutting PU foams with light cutting pressure and high quality requirements for the cut surface (e.g. for the automotive industry).
The cup grinding stones are cleaned fully automatically with two pneumatically operated cylinders and trueing diamonds. This ensures a constant bevel and consistent sharpness of the band knife at all times.

Is it necessary to upgrade the system so that the retrofit can be installed?
No, that is not necessary. We supply our automatic grinding unit with a separate switch cabinet in which all drives are already installed.
Does the size of the cup grinding stones change?
Yes, the diameter changes from 125 mm to 150 mm. The wall thickness also increases from 8 mm to 15 mm.
Can the time intervals of the dressing process be adjusted?
In principle, yes. However, we have already equipped our automatic grinding unit with optimized default settings based on many tests and investigations. We recommend retaining these. However, adjustments can be made if there are special requirements.
What do I need to bear in mind for maintenance?
The maintenance of our grinding machine is comparable to that of a normal grinding unit. The most important thing: The grinding elements and the filter must always be kept clean and the water for the grinding dust extraction must be refilled. The cup grinding stones should also be checked regularly.
How much does the machine conversion cost?
