Reporting Security Vulnerabilities and Cybersecurity Incidents
The security of our machines and systems is a top priority for Albrecht Bäumer GmbH & Co. KG. If you discover any security gaps, vulnerabilities, or cybersecurity incidents related to our products, please report them to us immediately.

What incidents should be reported?
In particular, please report:
- Suspected or confirmed security vulnerabilities in our products
- Unauthorized access to machines, systems, or networks
- Anomalies related to cybersecurity
- Vulnerabilities in software, firmware, or communication interfaces
- Possible tampering with systems or data
- Other security-related incidents that could compromise the integrity, availability, or confidentiality of our products
What information should be included in the report?
To ensure prompt and efficient processing, please provide the following information if possible:
- Machine type
- Commission No.
- Installed software or firmware version
- Description of the identified problem or incident
- Time the issue was identified
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if known)
- Potential impact on operation or safety
- Contact information for follow-up questions
Processing the Report
Once we receive your report, it will be reviewed by our relevant product safety or cybersecurity team. If necessary, we will contact you with any questions. All information received will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of investigating, evaluating, and resolving the reported issue.
